From time to time each of us feels some uncontrollable power inside and Slovakia Ring is the right place to free this power and forget about any limits. We focus maximum attention on the safety, the run off areas and on high level of technology, and that is the reason why we are the right place for you and your motorbike. Grab your bike and come to test the almost 6 km long race track with high quality asphalt under your wheels.
Each of you can come and test this professional race track every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday during times reserved for free rides for public which are set for late afternoons – in March, April and September free rides take place from 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. and in the months of May through August until 8.00 p.m.. Another opportunity is various racing agencies which rent the track on specific days for rides.

PRICES OF FREE RIDES FOR GENERAL PUBLIC BY OWN MOTORCYCLES:
- bike full day: price according to current calendar
- bike half day: price according to current calendar
- bike 30 minutes: 20 €
To ensure your safety during the free rides for the general public it is necessary to go through a basic briefing regarding the safety on the race track, before your very first ride on our track.

REMARKS:
I. Rides take place daily from 9.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m. except lunch break of one hour from 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
II. Mirrors of each motorcycle have to be removed and the lights have to be covered with non-transparent adhesive foil.

Don’t forget about the compulsory equipment of a rider and the motorbike. Specific requirements are described in the Rules of Operation.
Compulsory course
In order to increase your safety during free rides, it is obligatory to take part in a course dealing with safety and movement of the race track. After passing the test, the participant receives a card entitling the drive on the race track.
Helmet
Do not forget that motor-sport is dangerous and the obligatory equipment does have its justification. If you do not own a helmet, we can borrow you one.
Hygienic mask
A mask for hygienic purposes does have to be worn under a helmet. You can buy one on-site.
Transponder
An equipment used for time measuring. It is suitable for anyone, who wants to have an overview of driven times. You can check results also on-line.
Being a non-professional driver, can I have a ride on the race track?
Yes, of course you can. Namely during the so-called free rides for the public. Free rides Slovakia Ring take place almost every day later in the afternoon or if during the day then through various racing agencies (see Calendar). Some days are dedicated to drives on cars, some to motorbike rides. Current dates are published in our Calendar.
What are free rides?
These are individual free rides for the public – during one part of the day which is reserved for broad public (auto or moto). You can have a ride without specified categories in a defined time frame. Riders and drivers can for the sake of time measuring rent a transponder which will record times of each lap. The times and dates of individual free rides are published in the Calendar.
You can apply for free rides also through an agency which will rent the race track for the specific date. Contact information of the agency as well as the date of rental can be easily found out in the Calendar.
Do I need to wear a helmet when having a drive in a car?
Wearing of a helmet together with a fastened safety belt is a condition for accessing the race track. You can rent a helmet and a hygienic mask in the agency room which is located on the ground floor of the race control tower. You can also use your own helmet (for motorbikes or cars).
Does my insurance cover a ride on the track?
Standard car insurance (be it the obligatory automobile insurance or the accident insurance) is not valid for rides on the race track. Common valid rule is “you pay what you break” (valid not only for the vehicle but also for objects of Slovakia Ring and its parts like for example crash barriers).
Is the entrance to the grandstand free during common days?
The entrance to the grandstand is free unless not otherwise stated for a specific event.
What are the best times ever made on the race track?
Just for orientation the best time on a motorcycle was 2 min. 10s, for a car it was 2 min. 02 sec. And for a formula/prototype it was approx. 1 minute 57 seconds. Updated records on the race track can be found in the section Rides on the track – Best times.
How many cars or motorbikes can be on the race track at one time?
About 43 cars can be on the track during a race, for motorbikes it is 48 and there can be up to 57 motorbikes during trainings and free rides.
What are the requirements concerning clothing?
Riders on motorbikes are obliged to wear a leather overall (full-body or two-parts). It is also allowed to wear textile clothing, however as a matter of fact, not all agencies allow such clothing and it is important to check this directly with the specific agency or call us under +421 917 544227 – Agency room.
Which track variant is open during the free rides for public?
Usually the longest lap is open for individual free rides (5.922 metres long – variant no.4). Other versions can be accessible in case an agency is organizing the event or in case there would be any repairs carried out on the track and thus part of it were closed.
Can drivers change during free rides for the public?
The entry price for motorbikes as well as cars is always for one vehicle/driver (it is not possible to buy one ticket for one vehicle and four drivers).
Can I have a passenger in the car?
It is allowed to have a passenger in the car but he has to have a helmet and a fastened seat belt. A passenger also has to sign the Declaration of a passenger. No passengers are allowed for motorcycles.
Is there a possibility of accommodation in the premises of the track?
A hotel is being built right next to Slovakia Ring at the moment. Closest accommodation facilities can be found in Dunajská Streda which is approx. 7 km far away from Slovakia Ring.
Is there a petrol station within the area of Slovakia Ring?
Yes, with the premises of Slovakia Ring you can get standard petrol BA 85 octane, evo petrol 99 octane and diesel.
Is there a restaurant?
Yes, of course, there is a great restaurant called Maxim Ring which also offers daily lunch offers starting from 5,- EUR.

Yes, we cooperate with the company Maxim Catering offering high quality services and providing you with a catering according to your wishes starting from simple dishes up to high standard banquet, etc.
